sw 67 KGS - 147 LBS
gw1 60 KGS - 132 LBS
gw2 55 KGS - 120 LBS
gw3 50 KGS - 110 LBS
Im going on HOLIDAYS in less then 3 weeks so i have to kick my butt into shape! my goal is to lose 15kgs! i know this is EXTREME but i think it can be done!
so far to day ive had about 500 CALORIES, more then i ANTICIPATED but its fine. im about to go and work out then its off to work!
